Do you sign NDAs? +
Absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any project discussion begins. We take client confidentiality very seriously, and all team members working on your project are bound by NDA.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal, Wise, and Esewa/Khalti for Nepal-based clients. We typically work on a milestone-based payment schedule: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project, and 30% at delivery.
Is the initial consultation free? +
Yes, completely free. We offer a free project consultation where we understand your requirements and provide a detailed proposal — including scope, timeline, and cost — within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden charges? +
Never. We provide detailed, fixed-price quotes before starting any project. Any scope changes are discussed and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins. No surprises.

How long does a typical project take? +
A business website takes 2–4 weeks. A web application takes 6–16 weeks depending on complexity. A mobile app takes 8–20 weeks. Ready-made solutions (ecommerce/news portal) can be deployed in 3–5 days. We provide exact timelines in your project proposal.
Who owns the source code? +
You do. 100%. Upon final payment, we transfer the complete source code, database, and all assets to you. There is absolutely no vendor lock-in. You are free to host it anywhere and modify it with any developer.
How do we communicate during the project? +
We use WhatsApp or Slack for day-to-day communication, and we send weekly progress reports. You'll have direct access to your project manager, and we host demo calls at the end of each development sprint.

What support do you provide after project delivery? +
All projects include a 30-day free bug-fix warranty after launch. Beyond that, we offer monthly maintenance packages that include hosting management, security updates, content changes, and priority support.
Can I request changes after the project is delivered? +
Yes. Minor changes and bug fixes are covered under the 30-day warranty. For new features or significant changes, we provide a separate quote. Most clients take out a monthly retainer for ongoing updates.
What are your support hours? +
Our standard support hours are Sunday–Friday, 9AM–6PM (NPT). For clients with maintenance packages, we offer 24/7 emergency support for critical issues via WhatsApp.
